Tape and jointing is a process where tapes are applied to the plasterboard joints and edges using materials known as joint fillers and aims. The tapes are applied using hand tools and machines and allowed to dry. Once dry it is sanded to leave a smooth finish ready for painting and decorating.
With clean lines and crisp edges, it is widely used today in the modern build process because of its time and cost efficiencies.
